The problem with all of this is that the Clintons have already beaten every single one of those charges and the investigation cost tax payers $400M. And what'd we get for that money? Nothing. Further, the Bush administration has created so many skeletons they'll effectively have to bow out. That leaves the new Republican candidate on their own which is why none of the candidates are rushing out to get the Bush endorsement. Between the 2 likely Republican candidates, Giuliani and Romney, only Romney can use the personal attacks, but he's a lawyer lovin Mormon. That means that the Republican's only hope is to nominate Giuliani and attack on the facts while playing to the gut. That could work.
