comp2 works best for me.

couple things...

1. some of the elements look like they are a bit fuzzy, i would try to
get them cleaner
2. i feel like most everything is very TIGHT, which isnt BAD, but it looks like
some of the elements may want to stretch their arms out a bit..
3. icons at the top, shouldnt be JUST images, hard for a newbie to figure out
what they are and sometimes when i run into a site like that ill just roll on...
4. i like the icons between the big white arrows, but i would maybe
shrink them a bit... maybe even 50% of that size
5. the text in the masthead on the left, seems like it should be on a
blue background?

thats my start...

but good start on the rest of the design man... you aint got that far to go!
