First, are you in control of the referring page?  If so, yes.  If not, 
no.  However, the landing page can parse it from the referrer, if that 
is (correctly) passed from the client.  Note that clients are not 
*required* to pass it, and spiders generally do not.

For a more complete (and possibly more accurate) answer, I'd suggest you 
ask on the CF-Talk list, which is for technical stuff, instead of here, 
which is for ... um ... pretty much anything else.
