An embarrassment of riches to be sure. I watched the first half of the Pats/Dolphins game at a sports bar in the Vegas airport. This Pats "fan" next to me was cheering every first down, every 3 yard gain...hooting and hollering as the Pats ran up the score on a team that would struggle to beat some COLLEGE football teams.
It was the obvious the guy was a late-comer to the Patriots. probably started watching them a few years ago. The so called Bandwagoners that the Sports Guy laments about. I guarantee you that a real Patriots fan watching that game would have quietly nodded in confirmation of his team doing exactly what it should have been doing. Annoying bandwagoners are what help turn people against a team and their fans. It's the price that real fans pay for sustained success. Ask any long time Yankee fan. On 10/22/07, Crow T.
