go to www.cfeclipse.org/

there's instructions there.. it's super easy, you let Ecipse (FB)
download and install it for you..

And BTW, I would install Eclipse with Flex Builder as a Plugin..
You can download an Eclipse WTP.. it's pretty large but has most
things you'll need right in there.. Then download the FB2 Plugin,
install that, then install CFEclipse..
