Well, if you are going to compare Indians to our National Morons, then how do you explain the American workers who think 'outside the box'? At least with 'outsourcing programming', my experience is that you have to be precisely specific of what you want. If there are 2 possible ways to interpret your instructions, there is a huge chance your worker will go 'the other way'. This includes having a relationship with the outsourced workers who should at least have a grasp of what you had wanted, when compared to the other translation, which was/could be WAY off base for your project. Geez!! You are starting to sound like the 'quasi-scientist' from years back that produced the study that equated 'intelligence' with nationality.
