I just loves me Office 2007. Truly a revolutionary interface in my opinion. As somebody that works for a large company I'm also in awe of the team: to convince management to essentially discard an entrenched (but outmoded) paradigm and apply the resources for a "ground up" redesign is an amazing achievement.
