3 years ago, I got a 40gig 4th gen iPod as a gift. It was purchased from Best Buy along with a 4 year warranty. Almost 2 years ago, my iPod died, so I took it back to the store where they replaced it with the exact same model. Fast forward to today when my iPod is now refusing to play certain songs and issues it's denial with a loud click of the hard drive. As far as I know, there aren't any 40gig 4th gen iPod's being produced nowadays. Does anyone know what BB does in a situation like this?
