First he's going to collect sales tax from gas and cigarette sales on reservation land then he backs off when the Senecas rescend the throughway agreement and send Albany a bill. Then he's going to issue illegals NY State lisenceses through two different programs then backs off and tells the 77% of NY State residents that they are either, "mean spirited reactionaries" or "too ignorant to understand his plan." Now he says he's going to force Internet retailers to collect sales tax on NY State orders as well as orders collected through affiliates based in NY and then backs off when people point out that his plan would directly and negatively impact holiday shopping. Someone needs to give the man a set of reverse lights for his policies.
