My replacement iPod came yesterday. I was excited because we're leaving town today and it arrived just in time. Anyway, the refurb unit came in a plain brown box with an extra usb cable and another set of headphones (score!). Plugged that puppy in and watched a new icon appear on the screen with the address below it:
"http://www.apple.com/support/ipod"; Damn thing won't boot past this screen.
