Fight it.  Call MaxCare directly and ask them for documentation on their
decision so you can bring it to your attorney.  See what happens.

If you recall, we picked up a 2002 Sienna from Carmax last year (sept
2006).  We bought an extended warranty with it.

Few days ago, it started getting loud.  Very loud.  So we took it to a
Toyota dealership (we're up in San Ramon now... no Carmax nearby).
They said there's rust and corrosion in the exhaust.  They contacted
Carmax and were told that they (Carmax) wouldn't be covering it
because it was due to corrosion.

A year after buying the car... the exhaust gets a hole thru it?
That's certain not "normal" wear and tear.  Dealership wants $2100 to
fix :(

Taking it to Midas tomorrow.  Hopefully they'll provide a happier
estimate.  If not... duct tape.
