what i do with that kinda thing, but since i dont
know the WHOLE truth is this...

left the value for the first 10 or so characters
then right the value for the last 10 or so characters
and the put those two together in a string with "..." in the beginning.

if you need the code for that, lemme know
(dont think you do, but just in case)
