I still haven't gotten mine back from BB yet, was told it would be no later 
than 11/26, so i called again yesterday and they traced it back and it hadn't 
even been looked at yet so I got a manager on the phone and went into 
"disruptor" mode and the manager told me they are having it sent back unfixed 
and when it gets there I can come in and they will replace it with a brand new 
one. Why I have to wait for them to get mine back from themselves is a bit 
weird but....
