OMG lunch was brilliant. Had to share ... Last night's supper: pork chop chunks sauteed in olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, fresh anise, sesame seeds, soy sauce, splash of red wine and a dash of cayenne pepper, served over brown rice pilaf. MMM mmm mmmmmmm.
Just had the left overs for lunch. That cayenne pepper really just pulls it all together. Beautiful! I've been experimenting with different combinations of herbs and spices and marinades. All healthy stuff. Only fat I ever use is olive oil. Lots of fun to make up these dishes that taste like heaven and keep our blood pressure and blood sugars down ;) :D Man I love fresh ginger!!!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Get involved in the latest ColdFusion discussions, product development sharing, and articles on the Adobe Labs wiki. http://labs/adobe.com/wiki/index.php/ColdFusion_8 Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:247852 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
