I went to the capital city chophouse for lunch today... had the calimari appetizer as my lunch... it's lightly breaded (as in "barely breaded"), tossed in a sweet and spicy thai chili sauce, served over a bed of spring mix lettuce with a few fried wonton chips and an orchid, which is allegedly edible.
