The article was not written by a programmer, it was written by a suit runs a training center that only provides training for the technologies he mentioned...imagine that.
He is right that this is a pivotal year though. Everyone has a new product this year. All day long at work I play with CF/Java stuff, then I go home pop open the C# book open Visual Studio and hammer away at that, then I've got this Flash MX itch I really want to scratch, but I don't have the time (I really want to see if dynamically created MX widgets are all they are cracked up to be...). Windows.Net Server and IE7 w/CLR are coming soon, and the Netscape AOL switch (meaning XUL, and XPCOM books), and people are already starting to talk about XML 2.0. Information overload! I'm going to have to get a new bookshelf. Then back to the real world where all the servers aren't even CF 5.0 yet...sigh. jon ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jeffry Houser" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "CF-Community" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Wednesday, March 13, 2002 11:22 AM Subject: Not even a mention of Macromedia... > http://www.computerworld.com/itresources/rcstory/0,4167,KEY11_STO68895,00.ht ml > ______________________________________________________________________ This list and all House of Fusion resources hosted by CFHosting.com.
