My father in law recently had it diagnosed, very early, and had successful surgery.
The surgery procedure was absolutely amazing...the surgeon never actually touched him. His motions were mimicked by a machine that could reduce his movements down to a fraction of an inch...allowing delicate surgery that was heretofore impossible.
