As Sam pointed out, it couldn't have melted the cup. Further, I just went to my local Caribou Coffee and bought a large Moosed Americano. I also brought along my meat thermometer. The coffee was delivered to me at about 180^ or 30^ below boiling. Shall I sue or is that within range?
