Hi,
 I don't see anything either but of course I'm using new browsers...  Along
with encoding type, the first thing that comes to mind are SmartQuotes. Like
under Wings of Life. "Your Recovery Mission" The smart quotes at times may
lead to question marks being displayed on the page. Same may be true for
apostrophes, where if the content was written in word or something and
pasted into page, it may be using the smart quote style instead of a basic '
but a quick scan of the content, I didn't see any of those.
