Loco is a GREAT game... I wish they'd do a real version of it on the PS3
(the game was made for motion controls).

"Lumines" is a nice "tetrisy" music/puzzle game - there's a sequel too.

"Puzzle Quest" (which is now available, I'm pretty sure, for toasters) is a
great RPG/Columns-style puzzler - much deeper than you might expect.

"Crush" is probably going to be my next purchase: it looks like an action
puzzler where you move the world from 3D to 2D ("crushing" the world) to
solve the puzzles.  I loved those bits in "Paper Mario" for the Wii.

Look at "Echochrome" - it's a new puzzle game (not out yet) looks AMAZING.
You rotate an isometric world to change the level and let your little shadow
walk across it:

I think that this is supposed to be a downloadable title as well.
