so my beloved PocketPC won't connect to the desktop the cradle's getting power the USB cable is plugged in the software hasn't changed whazzup?? finally I take the unit out of the cradle, turn it over, look closely at the connector there's a little piece of *lint* wedged in the connector (from my shirt pocket I guess) Aha! quick surgery with paper clip, all is well again. <sigh> funny - high tech products with a very low tech problem... -Ben
