Are you aware of Ben Forta's blog posting on his site www.forta.com of a couple months back where he listed the names and contact information for Adobe ColdFusion specific support. Having a similarly frustrating issue with general Adobe Support for days and weeks we contacted the western US representative. After a small delay do to the fact he was located in the middle of the San Diego fire storms at the time, we had our license issue resolved in a couple of days.
