This is not a simple solution when you're the one who has to turn away someone who is very sick or dying from medical care that would save their live just because they happened to be born on the wrong side of some arbitrary line on a map. When everyone who is bitching about immigration stops buying the products of the companies who hire illegals, I'll believe they are serious about a solution.
