the street definitely exists, and yes, it is  quite a new development.
Probably a couple of years at most, definitely less than five. The rents in
that area run mmmm maybe 850 and up, more likely 950-1200, but 1200 is not
ridiculous. It  may be worth contacting the agent to see where that goes,
just for fun. I am definitely not giving up any personal info, cause as I
mentioned I want a place with access to public transportation.
