Sad. Very very sad :( I've read about this Labiaplasty and other recent,similar operations. When it works it tightens the vaginal walls improving the feel during coitus or cunnilingus. One type of surgery also reduces the appearance of labial lips,supposedly simulating the appearance of a 16 year old's vagina which some women/men find attractive. Yet another type of surgery reduces the clitoral hood allowing more of it to be exposed when turgid. This is supposed to provide a fantastic enhancement of sensation during intercourse for the woman,where most women would state that they have difficulty reaching orgasm during intercourse without some form of clitoral stimulation (vibrating Cock rings for example).
A lot of women will view this as Breast enhancements, lips enhancements, nose jobs etc. However, the consequences of something going wrong seems to be a bit more severe. You can't just remove the breast implant...what's cut,sewn and healed is cut sewn and healed period, it seems. I think all these things are huge risks that...it's hard for me to justify the risks. But then I'm a man, and many women that have their breasts done claim it radically improves their self image and confidence, and their overall quality of life *shrug*.
