With all the Tort Reform talk I thought you might be interested in the
latest frivolous lawsuit:

After suffering a stroke at one of their restaurants Peter Griffin
sued McBurgerWorld. If you're interested, here are the facts of the
case:

* Due to a T-Surge from a new mustache that Mr. Griffin had recently
grown, he raced into a burning building and rescued a man from
burning.

* The man happened to be the owner of McBurgerWorld and, as a reward
for the rescue and the loss of Mr. Griffin's mustache, the man offered
Mr. Griffin free hamburgers for life.

* Mr. Griffin rushed down to McBurgerWorld and consumed 30 hamburgers.

* As Mr. Griffin was finishing his 30th burger he suffered a stroke,
losing control and feeling in the left half of his body.

* Mr. Griffin regained usage of his full body after 5 minutes of stem
cell treatments.

So what do think? Does Mr. Griffin have a case for wrongful injury here?
