We're watching the second ep now. Watched the first a while back. I always find it hard to accept new actors in old roles but I can if it's worth it. They definitely seemed to have just plain ignored the third movie (unless they do something REALLY dumbass at the end of the series that erases the whole thing) but that's probably for the best. > So far I like the show's premise but I really am not buying the hand to > hand combat that seems to dominate the Terminators' fights. The whole time travel thing is already getting a bit old... basically so far it just seems like a funnel for them to throw crap back. Guys, terminators, etc - need more? Well then John and/or Skynet set them back by the dozen! It's just been too "handy" so far - I hope they even things out. It also really annoyed me that the head of the Terminator made it through... it's not supposed to work like that! ;^) At the same time I'm not sure how they're going to have any plots without constantly falling back on the time travelers... we'll see I guess. I always get worried about plots that don't seem rich enough to carry 22 episodes a year. It's definitely been interesting enough to watch for the time being tho'.
