I've offered to try to find a coder for a project at work, because
it's been really hit and miss with the contractors that have been
found for me.
I think part of the problem is poor specs.
I've never been asked to create any-- this is the first time I've been
given the chance to do it all.
I think I could come up with my own dream spec, maybe using some UML
and whatnot, even, but I'm wondering if there are any examples of
really great project specifications y'all are willing to share.
Or what people think good specifications should encompass, or whathaveyou.
I know I said "perfect" in the subject, but "good enough" works too. =]
Thoughts?
