At the end of the story it was being predicted that they will restore 
their delegates, and HillBilly has already petitioned to have the 
delegates restored. They did make a good point though. These could 
become tie-breaker states if after the convention no democratic 
candidate is nominated.
I am pleased though that the Republican's are only halving the 
"offending" delegates. Hopefully though they will all be restored by 
this summer's convention.
