Unless my search missed something, Huckabee is proposing a
Constitutional amendment making abortion illegal.  For such an action
to pass it would take a majority of Americans to approve it.

Something similar was proposed for the definition of marriage.  It
never made it beyond the talking points from what I remember.

Personally (and depending on the language) I would support both
measures, but then again I'm "mostly harmless."
