Here in California (I suspect other states too) if there is more than one employee in a station, if a handicapped individual honks their horn, they are supposed to come out and help. Hah! These lazy fucktards could care less. She (Grannie) honks her horn and they completely ignore her (on the rare occasion that she has to get gas herself) and eventually a good Samaritan will come along and help. This would be a great thing for her I am sure.
