Nothing beats real fresh fruits and vegetables, however, I agree with taking
them in a supplement form or any other form you can get them in if you cant
eat them. My man hates broccoli, spinach and various other really great
vegetables. So he either drinks them or take a supplement for them. Luckily
he likes tomatoes and will eat salads (Romaine or dark leafy lettuce only,
iceburg is a waste of time, it's all water) with various nuts (pumpkin,
almonds, etc.).
