I think it's reasonable to suggest that job postings be posted to cf-jobs. No, she doesn't have to do it. But if she wants to get MORE exposure to cf people actually looking for jobs, that's the place to do it.
In the meantime, we can discuss on THIS list whether or not we'd be interested in a job where they don't seem to care if you're a CF or ..NET programmer.
