What you just wrote now had other implications involved. Are you looking for a new host or a new ISP? If it's hosted in house, WHAT does the website do? See my previous questions. Everyone had made some great recommendations ... but to help you further, a bit more "requirements" explanation is needed ... perhaps a nice bullet point list?
