Well, what goes on in schools is a whole other issue. Just look at the junk 
that is served every day in most cafeterias.

And how to do that? I agree it would be great, but the first step would be to 
require such care as being covered *before* a deductible on insurance plans. 
And that of course will push premiums higher just like everything else. And how 
to encourage doctors to push wellness care as well? Some do, but others get 
more out of putting people on these expensive meds than they do from trying to 
get patients to change their lifestyle. I remember one moment in "Sicko" where 
the British doctor mentions that his salary is based on how healthy his 
patients are...the lower their blood pressure, the more that quit smoking, etc. 
the higher his salary is. I have no idea if this is true (I enjoy MM's movies, 
but never believe fully anything in them) but is sure is a great approach to 
helping improve the health of a society.
