I think that's a lot of it.  I guess my big thing is this - I'm making
my income and right now cutting things very close.  I pay a portion of
my healthcare bill, 35% of the premium and some higher prescription
and copays.  The plans that have been proposed in the past to increase
the "SCHIP" program included taxpayer dollars being used to provide
healthcare for students up to age 28 in families that bring in almost
TWICE my income.
