Not many supplies come FROM the station so that's just (fairly) simple lift to orbit. People would come back using good-old-fashioned splash down craft. The Russian Soyez is a workhorse (even if we ended up constructing them or something very similar). (Remember that several countries put people into and take them out of space now even tho' only the US has a reusable launch vehicle.)
