Blah that post made me cry. I had a pit bull mix mostly pit though. He had
from when she was a puppy i dated a girl who had her sister so they used to
play together.

When i moved to Florida she loved it but i had to be more careful with her
she used to run out the door all the time. My wife wanted to discipline her
when she did because she was worried about her getting out of the house but
i couldn't bear to hear her whimper even with a swat on the nose. Then one
night a girl in front of me hit a female pit that looked liek sara and i
had slowed down a lot and i hit the baby. The baby lived and was fine since
i was going slow. The mother pit i found her and called the owner who came
running but we couldn't do anything for her me and the guy carred her back
to the house but she died in his arms. That night i let the wife know she
could discipline sara. I couldn't be around when she did it but the dog
never ran out the door again.

I can forgive my ex-wife for leaving me, for leaving me getting evicted, for
emptying my bank account after she moved out and i trusted her not to steal
from me, and every other fucked up thing she ever did to me.

But because of her leaving i didn't have time to find a new place that would
take a 80+ pound pit. I knew the pound would be a death sentence because she
was cool with her family of dogs but any outsider dog was going to get into
a scrap. She was fine with people but they would have classified her as a
aggressive dog and put her down. One of my best friends that i trusted to
honor her took her. So i drove upto Maryland from florida on a weekend when
i had no cash cause the wife had just left. I scrapped up enough to get gas
money to drive up and take her there. It was probably one of the hardest
things i've done having to say good bye to her. She's 11 now and her owner
has moved away and we've lost touch. I'll link her pic up later. I have to
goto work. I suppose it's better i don't know the details of her passing.
She was the best dog ever after years when i saw her she still remembered
me broke my heart everytime i couldn't take her back.

I feel your pain man.

Sorry i didn't get a chance to proofread for my typical shitty grammar.
