This is about a public entity confiscating your property. I was just saying that my parents always sided with the administration.....didn't really matter what it was. If it was a rule, and they told us in advance what the penalty was for that rule, and we did it anyway.....tough cookies. Even if that meant taking our property. Now, if my parents had gone in and asked for the property, i'm sure the school would have released it to them....so I think Dana's point is valid. They should give her her phone back, without question. Someone else has suggested threatening a lawsuit...which I think is a little extreme. -- My word's but a whisper Your deafness, a shout ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;160198600;22374440;w Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:254834 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
