Just to respond to your exact words, doctors do it all the time. Breaking
something to fix it is the basis of a LOT of repairs. But that's not the
point here. I doubt that the invasion of Iraq targeted civilians or civilian
resources. The goal was not to break it so we could fix it. The goal may be
argued about quite a bit, but no one says we did it for the express reason
of fixing it. But that's just dickering over language.

As for the media, the hostility is ALL their fault. I see time and again
where they misrepresent events, forge events and just plain out lie to
peoples faces. They report using the language of their choice rather than
the language of truth. "activists" is a really nice way of saying
terrorists, isn't it?
