I just got an unexpected package in the mail from Larry Lyons, and it was some really nice Celebes coffee and a note to "Enjoy!" Just brewed two cups: one in the French press, and one in the auto-drip. French press wins, hands down. I am a true convert now. Larry, that coffee you sent me is really great. Full of body and flavor yet mild and very low acidity. Is this your normal brew? Thanks, Larry. That was very kind of you. PS-you like licorice?
