Ok, after delving into an application of my employer who shall remain
nameless I found my employer guilty of the following charges:

1) Using a 5100 count directory structure with identical CF content in each
one (did it ever occur to him that a database with 5100 records might be
better than just putting each record with web page info in a different
directory?)

2) Using <CFAPPLICATION> in many different places in the code, as to
completely confuse me as to which set of session variables that the
application is using at any time (every new application=new set of session
variables, and I didn't know that <CFAPPLICATION> could run outside of
application.cfm anyways).

3) Somehow managing to use Macromedia Ultradev to manage all this code as
noticed by all the MM_ variables (I didn't kow Ultradev could produce code
this obfuscated), of course this only adds further confusion to those who
have never used Ultradev

4) and on and on and on...more details as they develop

But in looking at this complicated and tough to manage code I had to think
that some developer must have tried REALLY hard to build something this bad,
even when I was new I don't think I did any of these offenses. So I
pronounce this anonymous developer guilty and I make his sentence an
eternity of having an infinite loop run over a CFMAIL tag with his email
address there :-) you think I'm being to mean? Too nice?? Your thoughts???
Your examples of completely obfuscated code???

But actually I should take this to heart, fixing all this will keep me
employed a long long time....
