1. I carry weapons in a war zone when I am there as a LEGAL combatant.
Not some 14 year old kid, with no uniform, fighting against an ally
of his supposed country (Canada right?). So will/should he be tried for
treason in Canadian courts, especially seeing that Canadian soldiers are
fighting and dying in Afghanistan? Another point to make, since he is
from an involved third party country, and continues to claim his
Canadian citizenship, he certainly cannot be granted Geneva convention
rights. He was in civilian clothes and not part of any nations
military. Should we have just shot him down as a saboteur and been done
with it?
2. It wasn't a rock, it was a hand grenade.

3. Do citizens of countries that aren't involved in the conflict have
the right or ability to carry weapons in the area of conflict in your
eyes? International law say they don't, I'm wondering what you think.
4. If he is a Canadian citizen wtf was he doing there?
5. He hasn't been denied medical and psychological care, he's been
denied outside care, there is a difference you know.
Honestly, the simple fact that you can compare our treatment of
prisoners with theirs shows just how little thought you've given this,
or how little understanding you have of our policies in this matter.
