Went to HH today with about 10 co-workers and they were all talking about this. I find it kinda amusing the way that people take HS hockey so seriously in these parts. I mean, this shit is a religion here! Lori and I first visited MN around this time last year, and when we entered a pub for lunch the first day, I was amused by how many people were glued to the screen, and how many people took the Friday afternoon off just to follow this huge tounament.
You all are crazy about your hockey! I mean, we love hockey in New England, hell, I used to go to every UNH game when I was in school, but man, that ain't nothin'! Now, who should I be cheering for? I can get into any sport, really, I just need someone to cheer for to get me fully vested. (Watching Tiger play golf, for instance) Might as well, I'm going to be a Minnesotan for a while!
