If you think you are worth more, ask for more.  Some things I usually 
keep in mind. 

1) Always ask for more than you think you will get.  The worst they will 
say is no.
2) It's a negotiation.  They are agreeing to give you something (money) 
and you are agreeing to give them something (skill).
3) Ask for perks.  You mentioned vacation - if the money thing won't 
budge, ask them to pay for a Flex class or to send you to Adobe Max.
4) Always have options.  Know what you are worth and who else is 
hiring.  Educate yourself.
5) Be prepared to walk away from an offer. (just make sure you did #4 first)
