It's too bad it started its run during the height of TNG's popularity as I 
think that did make it a bit harder for it to really find an audience, as it 
was so different than what people were used to. But I think many of us have 
been able to catch up with it on DVD and in syndication and really appreciate 
how multi-faceted and well-written it was. Okay, sometimes it went off the deep 
end a bit (the episode near the end where O'Brien and Bashir get the cure for 
Odo from Sloan comes to mind) but overall it was quite an achievement that 
didn't get the credit it really deserved.

For me, the 'Q' doesn't quite work, just not real recognizable. I only know 
it's a 'Q' from the rest of the text.
