I need to research that more... I just went to an online "convertor". The show never actually said when he opened the bar but it had to be, from other events, sometime between (Earth time) 2363 and 2365 - so I split the difference. I could just use "EST 2364" but I thought I'd try the Stardate - I've actually both in the file since I keep bouncing between them.
