LOVE "Torchwood"! Just "Dr. Who" enough to be fun but more than serious
enough to know this isn't a kids show. I really appreciate it when a
franchise "grows up" with me. ;^)

I'm not sure if their available online (I grab them from USENet) but both
"Dr. Who Confidential" and "Torchwood Declassified" are great as well.
Basically they're in-depth "behind-the-scenes" shows that air with the
series (so there are 13 episodes of them each season as well). With so much
time you really get a close look at the shows, the cast and the ideas.

I don't know if anybody else mentioned it but Archive.org is a great place
to watch old stuff:

http://www.archive.org/details/movies

The quality of many items leaves a lot to be desired and most everything is
older (lots of 50's and 60's TV and movies) but the sheet amount is amazing
and there are some out-and-out classics available. There's also a lot of
material you don't often find like archival news footage, classic
commercials and game shows ("You Bet Your Life" is still funny as hell).

I watch the old "Dragnet" episodes and Vincent Price movies. Oh - and all
the old cartoons (even many of the "banned" wartime ones). Just tons and
tons and tons of stuff.

If you're looking for smaller bites of fun the cartoon archives at
homestarrunner.com are getting pretty large. I'm doing three or four
"Strongbad Emails" a night with my son and we'll take five or six weeks to
finish.
