That screen you get is the default "domain expired"  screen that
Bulkregister/Enom use. I would harrass the reseller just a little more
and then move back to enom if they don't respond. You will need to get
it renewed prior to being able to change the nameservers back... and I
have a suspicion they will automatically change back to what they were
prior to expiring.
