Subject: Best Computer >$2000?

Ok,

I get a new computer every 4-5 years it seems like. I'm now getting to
the point that I have issues working, and I'm towards the lower end of
the gaming capabilities at this point.

Heres what I need to know. What is the best all around, OFF THE SHELF,
machine out there right now for under 2 grand?

This is just the desktop, I have monitors and keyboards and all of that.

What I want:

Intel Duo Core or Quad Core
512 Meg nVidia (sli capable)
mother board with 2nd video card slot, doesn't have to have 2 cards now
but I would like to be able to upgrade it eventually
3 gigs ram +
500 gig SATA drive

I've looked at a bunch of machines, but I really want to get the best
bang for my buck as it will probably have to last me the next 4-5 years
like this one has.

I don't need an OS, I have legal copies of XP and Vista (probably want
to run XP though). I run one machine to do everything. My machine
right now is running CF 8, SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005, a bunch of
communication stuff, and it just has issues, especially if I'm browsing
or working on anything with heavy flash. The place I'm working is using
Adobe Connect, great product, but my machine has issues when I'm using
it, a browser or two, eclipse, a mail client, cf and sql, and skype and
q-next.

I currently have a couple of batch files I use to turn services on and
off as needed, but it's a pits I'd rather do without.

Suggestions?
